 Pochle Geal is a handmade, innovative spirit crafted from the UK’s most wasted fruit: Apples.

This zero-waste initiative blends urban agriculture, community gardening, and Edinburgh's fine drinks craftsmanship, with great taste at it's core. In collaboration with local distillation students, we've created one of Scotland’s most sustainable spirits—perfect served over ice, with tonic, or in a delicious cocktail 

I started ultimate fizz 3yrs ago. I love making everything myself and know what ingredients have went into all products and learning what new ingredients do. I myself loved getting bath bombs or gift sets to relax when you have a bath or shower who doesn't love a bit of me time. We do a range of cbd products which is a great moisturiser for your skin. Why not try our whipped soaps for shaving a little bit of luxury. Our exfoliating soap sponges are great for exfoliating and can even help with taking fake tan off. 

My name is Julia Tierney, I am 56 from Edinburgh.

I always enjoyed making clothes for my two children but this stopped when my girls grew up and no longer wanted "to wear mummy's clothes".

In 2016 my health deteriorated, however on a positive note this meant I was able to take up my love of sewing once again.

All my makes are made with care using quality cotton, polycotton, interfacing and Vliesline H640 fleece.

I really hope you enjoy my makes as much as I enjoy making them for you.

Welcome to The Three Bridges Drinks company, your local, independent family run, wine and drinks supplier with over 18 years’ industry experience working in London and Edinburgh before deciding to set up our very own drinks company in our hometown of South Queensferry. 

We are passionate about good quality hand-crafted wines, from family-owned wineries that represent good value for money. Many of the producers we deal with have sustainability at the forefront of their winemaking and love to produce styles with a sense of place, often using indigenous grape varieties to showcase what their region has to offer. 

We have the well-known varieties which of course are fantastic, but we like to push the boundaries and aim to introduce you to some niche and exciting grape varieties and styles too. 

We aim to provide wine for every occasion whether it be mid-week-with-a-pizza, a favourite Friday night tipple, impressing your boss at Christmas or some serious cellar selection wines. 

We offer expert advice and recommendations guiding you in the right direction to find something that you will love. Our personal service can help you to expand your cellar introducing you to new styles. We are also able to source specific styles for you, so please get in touch to let us know what you like to drink. 

 The Tiffin is a small family business, specialising in vegan Punjabi street food.

We are based in Kirkcaldy, Fife, and you can often find us at markets around The Kingdom.

Priya and Tony run the business, helped by our little princess who plays a vital part in social media pictures and ideas. We also have members of our family who help us to run our social media pages and help us out when we need some extra hands. We would like to thank everyone as The Tiffin wouldn't be possible without everyone's help!

Priya originally comes from Delhi in India, and has been taught everything from her mother and grandmother, using traditional methods that have been running in the family for many generations. We started the business as a trial upon requests from friends and family who loved Priya's cooking and always said we must do this professionally.

Nice to meet you, we’re Stela and Mo – two passionate foodies who are always looking for ways to improve our diets with natural wholefoods while also cutting out calories. That’s how we came up with the idea of using one of the oldest-known superfoods – raw honey and creating healthy versions of all our favourite sweet treats.

And so our award-winning Salted Honey, Cacao Honey and Chilli Honey were born. They are all-natural, 2-ingredient alternatives to salted caramel, Nutella and sweet chilli sauce packing a lot of flavour with none of the allergens, palm oil, saturated fats, preservatives and artificial ingredients.

We started BeeHype with no savings and no previous business experience in 2019. Today, our products are stocked in over 150 independents across the UK, and even in the EU, and the US. Our selection of novelty flavours has won multiple Great Taste Awards and we were also nominated for “Young Entrepreneurs of the Year” by the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
